These Terms govern your use of the WelcomePew website and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
WelcomePew provides done-for-you websites and digital welcome, follow-up, giving, and communication tools for churches and ministries. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
Accounts & client responsibilities
- Churches/ministries using WelcomePew are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for obtaining proper consent before adding contacts to messaging lists.
- You agree to use the Services lawfully, including compliance with applicable communications laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM and TCPA) for any messages sent through the Services.
Messaging & SMS terms
Program description. WelcomePew operates SMS and email messaging programs on behalf of participating churches and organizations, including Imagine Baptist Church, Inc. Use cases include: guest welcome and follow-up messages, responses to prayer requests, service and event reminders, and occasional invitations to attend or return. Messages are sent only to recipients who have expressly opted in (for example, via a website connect-card form).
Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the program. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out & help. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@mainstreetbooked.com. For email, use the unsubscribe link in any message.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers (including, without limitation, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Age restriction. SMS programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or minors using a device with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
See our Privacy Policy for how contact information is collected, used, and protected. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Payments
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel anytime, and you retain ownership of your website and domain.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content, logos, and brand. WelcomePew retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and software.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WelcomePew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
